Shipping

Within Australia we generally use Australia Post for shipping. For larger or heavier items such as art, we may use a courier service such as Fastway Couriers or Sendle.

Shipping rates are determined based on the total weight of your order.  Lightweight or small items such as jewellery or scarves will generally qualify for our $5.00 shipping rate.

Shipping for orders up to 500g (including packaging) will be $10.00.  Orders up to 3kg (including packaging) will be $15.

You will see shipping rates at the checkout.

For large items such as works of art you will see a nominal $50 shipping fee at checkout. Your actual shipping fee may be different to this.  Prior to shipping your order we will contact you to confirm shipping charges, as they may vary from this amount depending on your location and whether you would like to add insurance.

Orders within Australia should arrive within 3 – 5 business days after shipping date.

If you live on the Sunshine Coast, you are welcome to save on shipping and pick up your order from our store in Montville.

If you live outside of Australia, the unfortunate truth is that the cost of shipping to you is likely to be difficult to justify. However, we do love the idea of sending locally made wares to far flung places, so please contact us if you would like a shipping quote and we will do our best to make it cost effective.
